The magic of color and ancestral techniques
Their stories and traditions are hundreds of years old, and we continue to tell them today.
We aim to provide our guests with a memorable experience that lives on after their stay. For this reason, we searched for a gift that embodies the essence of Tierra, something guests could treasure as a souvenir of their visit. During this process, we found Decocalen, a group of Dalcahue artisans who immediately understood what we were looking for. Their commitment to preserving traditional techniques and the excellence of their work resonated deeply with our philosophy. Our partnership allows us to offer our visitors a piece of authentic local culture.
We chose the slipper because it conveys the warm hospitality of the south. This is the same love and care that children felt many years ago, when they wore slippers knitted by their mothers or grandmothers, who passed on their knowledge to the new generations that have now come together to work and share their techniques.
The gift has been inspired by this tradition, while the design and colors harmonize with the natural landscape. 100% natural sheep wool dyed with different native fruits and tree leaves bring these pieces to life.
We feel it is very important that every guest who stays with us knows the history of the souvenir of Chiloe they will take home with them.
