Tepuhueico Park: The Tangled Chilote Forest

Level: Medium – Easy
Duration: Full Day

Tepuhueico Park is a 20,000-hectare private conservation initiative that extends from Lake Tepuhueico to the Pacific Ocean.

There are many sectors of this park’s green, virgin forests to explore: trails among enormous, more than 600-year-old mañio trees, tepues, canelos, myrtle tree bark and prolific fern beds will lead you to the beautiful and imposing Rio Bravo Waterfall with its caramel waters that fall over 10 meters.

The park offers many ways to discover it: cycling paths, hiking trails, and the option to kayak on Lake Tepuhueico.
